Repairs this series usually needs
- Chemical level low or pump not priming
- Tank not filling or draining
- Door switch problems
- Water solenoid leaking
- Cloudy glasses and film
CMA’s low-temperature undercounters sanitize with chemicals instead of a hot rinse. The family includes the L-1X, L-1Xe, L-1X16, L-1C, UC50e and UC65e. The data plate shows which one you have.
When a low-temperature machine does not sanitize, we check the chemical canister and pump first, then the fill and drain, the door switch and the water solenoid. Hard water leaves film and cloudy glasses, so we advise on a delime routine.
Wear the gloves and eye protection the chemical maker calls for when you change canisters. We never bypass a chemical pump. You get a written price first. Tell us the exact model from the data plate, such as L-1Xe or UC65e, when you call. If you are unsure whether yours is chemical or hot, the canister beside the machine is the quickest clue, and you can mention it on the phone.

Low-temperature models like the L-1X and UC65e sanitize with chemicals. The data plate and the chemical canister beside the machine tell you which kind you own, and we confirm it before the visit.
Why is my glassware cloudy?
Hard water and chemical film are the usual reasons. We check the water, the chemical dosing and the rinse on a visit, and we tell you plainly what we found and what to change.
Do you service the UC65e?
Yes. We service the UC50e and UC65e, with a written price before work and a 30-day workmanship warranty. Give us the plate model when you call so parts are confirmed first.
