The Doyon SRO is a signature roll-in rack oven, in single and double sizes, with gas or electric heat. The model numbers are SRO1G, SRO1E, SRO2G and SRO2E, where G is gas, E is electric and the 1 or 2 is the number of racks. A digital timer or programmable control runs the bake.
We check the way the oven heats and holds temperature first, then the convection fan, the burner or elements and the control. A control that is dark or shows a wrong temperature points to the sensor or the board.

SRO means signature rack oven, G is gas and E is electric, and the 1 or 2 is a single or double rack. The data plate carries the full number.
Why does my rack oven bake unevenly?
A slow fan, a weak burner or element, or a leaking gasket can all cause it, and we check them in that order. We show you what we find before we order parts.
Does gas or electric change the repair?
The checks differ: gas ovens need burner and ignition work, electric ovens need elements and contactors. The fan, control and door checks are shared. Tell us the full model number when you book.
