The ICN line is made up of six IPSO washer-extractors: ICN020GNF, ICN030GNF, ICN040GNF, ICN060GNF, ICN080GNF and ICN100GNF. The digits show the capacity in pounds, from 20 to 100, and the data plate carries the number.
A front-end control with a motor drive runs these machines, and it reports a fill error if the level is not reached, a door lock error if the door does not lock, and a drain alarm if the water does not leave. We trace each one from the cause outward: supply and valves, lock and latch, pump and drain valve. Drive errors, numbered Ed01 to Ed11, lead us to the motor drive.
