The softmount versions use an S, M or N after the size, as in W475S, W4130M and W4330N, 21 models in all. They share the Compass Control with the hardmount machines, so the same error list and the same service switch apply.
Coin machines carry a second mechanical level control, and a drum overfilled error applies only to those. We check the level hose and both level controls when that error appears. Fill, door and drain errors follow the same path as on other W4 machines: valves and hoses for fill, lock and latch for the door, pump and drain valve for drain. The service switch lets us test one output at a time.

Why does my coin washer show an overfilled drum error?
