Common Hamilton Beach Commercial problems we fix
In plain words, the way kitchen and laundry staff describe them when they call.
Unit stops mid-cycle, overheated
Error number shows on the display
No jar sensor indicator
Trips the wall breaker
Display unreadable or missing pixels
Blender is extremely noisy
Hamilton Beach Models We Service
The Tempest HBH650 is a bar blender with jar and temperature lights. The HBH750 and HBH755 are programmable blenders with a display and a quiet shield, in 120 and 230 volt versions, and the HBH850 and HBH950 are larger programmable models. The HBF600 is a food blender.
Error Numbers and Simple Causes
The HBH750, HBH755 and HBH850 show error numbers. Errors 29, 30, 42, 100 and 103 point to a communication problem between the microcontroller and its memory, and errors 60 and 62 mean the memory is defective or its data is corrupt. Error 51 is a bad reading from the motor temperature sensor. A Speed Sensor Error appears when the motor starts, turns for a few seconds and quits, and the cause can be the main board, a broken magnet on the motor shaft or the Hall sensor.
Many calls are simpler. A unit that stops mid-cycle has overheated, and it needs a cool-down cycle or 15 to 30 minutes unplugged. A missing jar sensor indicator means the four magnets are missing or the container is not seated. A blender that trips the wall breaker needs a dedicated 15 amp circuit. Worn cutter bearings or a worn drive coupling make a blender extremely noisy, and the rubber on a quiet shield degrades and needs food-safe grease on its seals.
We check which parts your model needs before we come, write the price down before work begins, and cover the repair with a 30-day warranty.

Hamilton Beach Commercial lines and model numbers we service
Current and older lines. Find the number on the data plate and open its series for the usual repairs.
My Hamilton Beach blender shows Error 51. What does that mean?
Error 51 is a bad reading from the motor temperature sensor, which can be an open sensor or a problem on the board. We test the sensor and the board and give you a written price.
Why does my Hamilton Beach blender trip the breaker?
It needs a dedicated 15 amp circuit. If other equipment shares the circuit, the breaker can trip. We check the circuit, then the blender, before quoting any repair.
Why does my Hamilton Beach blender stop during a cycle?
It has overheated. Let it go through a cool-down cycle or unplug it for 15 to 30 minutes. If it keeps happening, we check the vents, the motor and the controls.
