What does Eversys error code W-054 mean?
When a milk product starts, the Cameo control tells the milk pump to run and expects it to move milk through the lines. If the pump does not run, the control shows "Milk pump doesn't run." as W-054. The table states only that the milk pump did not run when it was called for, with no cause and no action. That leaves several possibilities that only testing can sort out, such as a pump that is jammed, a pump that is not getting power, or a pump that is not detected. Without milk flow, a milk drink cannot be made properly, so milk drinks should be left alone until the pump has been checked. Coffee-only products do not use the milk pump.

Can I keep serving coffee?
The table does not mention coffee. Coffee-only drinks do not use the milk pump, so they should still work.
Will cleaning the unit fix it?
It may help if milk residue is jamming the pump, but the table does not say so. If W-054 returns, call service.
Is W-054 the same as W-060?
No. W-060 says the milk unit is not detected. W-054 says the pump did not run.
