Varimixer Mixer Error Code OL03: Blocked
OL03 on a Varimixer ERGO mixer means the mixer is blocked. Reduce the content in the bowl using the same routine as for other overloads: emergency stop, open the screen, reduce content, close the guard, release the stop and double press to reset.
Medium: the agitator is blocked and the mixer stops until it is cleared.
What does Varimixer error code OL03 mean?
OL03 is the most severe of the three overload codes. The control sees the agitator stopped or almost stopped while the motor is being driven, and it cuts the drive and shows OL03. The manual calls it blocked and tells you to reduce the content in the bowl, using the same procedure as other overloads. A dense mass of dough, a hard object in the bowl or something catching the agitator can block the mixer. Because the agitator is stuck, the motor current rises very quickly, which is why the mixer stops at once. The reset routine begins with the emergency stop, because you have to open the screen and reach into the bowl area. After the content is reduced, the guard closed and the stop released, you double press to reset. If the agitator is free and OL03 still appears, the drive or motor needs testing.
