What does Eversys error code E-103 mean?
The steam boiler on an Eversys machine fills with water before it can make steam or hot water, and the control times that fill. If the level is not reached in the allowed time, it displays Timeout during steam boiler filling, code E-103, and locks hot water and steam products. The usual cause is simply too little water arriving, such as a closed tap or weak supply, which is why the owner's guide starts with the tap and the supply. Coffee drinks may carry on while steam is unavailable. The maker's list follows the water path: tap position and supply pressure, the water filter condition, the fill valve and level probe on the steam boiler, and the supply line for kinks or a partly closed shut-off. A filter that is clogged lowers flow just like a half-closed tap, and the reminder on the display tells you if it is due.
