What does Eversys error code W-006 mean?

During a cleaning cycle the Cameo drops a cleaning ball from the dispenser, and a light barrier counts it as it passes. If the barrier sees a ball that is blocked in the outlet and not dropping, the control cannot count it properly and shows Check cleaning ball dispenser, written on the display as W-006. Staff see the warning when a cleaning is due or underway. The control is checking that the balls are really being used, because a cleaning without a ball does not do its job. A stuck or broken ball is the likeliest reason, and a dirty light barrier window can look like a blocked ball to the sensor. The dispenser may also be seated badly or its plug loose. Because these produce the same message, the ball path and the barrier window are the first places to look. If W-006 is ignored and cleanings keep running without a ball, the machine counts them, and after ten it locks with S-015. That is why a W-006 is worth fixing on the day instead of waiting. The display text is W-006.
