Eversys Coffee Machine Error Code W-011: Brewing Unit Initialization

What does Eversys error code W-011 mean?

When a Cameo powers up or finishes a cycle, the brewing unit has to move to a known start position before it can make coffee. The control drives the motor toward that point and watches the position sensing for the arrival. If the unit meets resistance and cannot get there, the control reports that initialization failed and shows W-011. Staff see the warning, and coffee drinks may not start because the unit never confirmed where it is. A jam from grounds or a clump hanging from the chute is the usual blockage. A motor that moves with too little force, or position sensing that does not report arrival, can give the same result with nothing physically stuck. For that reason the display cannot tell a mechanical jam from an electrical problem. The warning is related to the S-020 stop message and the piston warnings W-020 and W-022, since all of them involve the unit's movement. A single occurrence after a messy cleaning may pass with one restart, while a repeat points to something that needs inspection by a technician. The text shown is W-011.
