Eversys Coffee Machine Error Code W-037: No Detergent in Milk Clean
W-037 says the milk system was cleaned without detergent, so the milk path was only rinsed. Prepare the container with Everclean, one pump of about 25 ml, make sure the milk tube sits in it, and run the milk cleaning again.
Medium: milk lines need proper detergent cleaning, though other drinks continue.

What does Eversys error code W-037 mean?
The milk cleaning program on a Cameo is meant to pull detergent through the milk path, not just water. After the cycle, the control checks whether it saw cleaning agent in the process. If it did not, it shows W-037 to say the milk path was only rinsed. Staff see the warning after the cleaning. The owner's guide says to use Everclean, the detergent made for this machine, and to dose about 25 ml, which is one pump, into the container. A rinse alone does not count, because milk fat and protein stay in the lines and breed bacteria. That is why the control makes a point of it. The usual reasons are simple: the container held no detergent, the dose was too small, or the milk tube was not in the container so the solution never reached the machine. A rinse-only cleaning leaves the milk path in worse condition than it looks, so the cleaning has to be repeated properly. The display cannot show which step was missed, but the three checks in the guide cover them. If W-037 returns with detergent in the container, a technician should look at the milk path. The display text is W-037.
