On the Ultra NX the same message means the compressor is overheating and will shut down if the heat is not relieved. In both cases the screen or filter at the rear is the first suspect, because grease and dust from the kitchen collect on it and starve the condenser of air. The message is a warning stage. The machine still freezes, but it is working harder, and if it is ignored the control can escalate to a stop. Cleaning the screen usually clears it within a cycle or two. If it does not, the heat is coming from somewhere the screen cannot fix.
