What does Electrolux Professional error code 19 mean?
A machine tied to a superior monitoring system keeps a regular conversation with it. The CPU board listens for that link, and if the conversation stops, it shows ERROR 019 / MASTER COMM. The cause can sit at the machine, on the cable or in the system. The manual lists a network connection error, a damaged cable and a defective monitoring system. It advises checking network connections and the cable and then calling the monitoring system supplier. Unlike code 18, where the system actively blocks the machine, this code says the link itself is gone. Whether the machine can still run depends on how the site is set up. On many installations the machine will not start until the link returns. Staff may see the same message on several machines at once when the problem is central.
