What does Electrolux Professional error code 27 mean?
At the start of a program the drum should be empty, so the level system should read zero or very close to it. The CPU board allows for small offsets, such as a slightly high reading from a sensor, and corrects for them. If the empty-drum reading is beyond what it can correct, the board shows ERROR 027 / LEVEL OFFSET and does not start. The manual lists four causes: a blocked drain that leaves water in the drum, a blocked level hose or a water drop in it, a leaking level system, and a defective level control. The checks follow the same list. Check the drain for dirt, blow through the level hose, and check the level control in the service program. Operators see the machine refuse to start a program even though the drum looks empty.
