Electrolux Washer Extractor Error Code 37: Low DC Voltage
Error code 37 means the mains or DC input voltage to the motor control fell below the limit and was still low after the motor stopped. Check that the supply is stable. A technician should confirm it is never below nominal minus 10 percent and check fuses, cables and the logger.

What does Electrolux Professional error code 37 mean?
The motor control converts the mains supply to DC to drive the motor, and it checks that DC level all the time. If the voltage drops below its limit while the motor runs, it stops the motor, then checks again. If the level is still low, the CPU board shows ERROR 037 / LOW DC VOLTAGE. The manual lists low mains voltage and a machine on/off switch operated in an unsuitable manner as the causes. The supply must be stable and never below nominal minus 10 percent. Several large machines starting at once, a long run from the service panel or a loose main connection can all drop the voltage.
