What does Eversys error code S-021 mean?
The Cameo counts the used coffee going into its grounds bin. When the bin is full, the control stops and shows "Grounds bin is full." as S-021. The maker's table tells you to empty the grounds bin and press the button, which is Continue. It does not list another cause. Pressing Continue without emptying the bin would defeat the check, so empty it first. A bin that fills quickly on a busy day is ordinary, but if S-021 comes up again soon after emptying, a technician can check the count and the bin sensor. The bin and the drawer are counted separately, so emptying one does not clear a message about the other. The table does not say how the control measures fullness, so we leave that out.
