What does Eversys error code S-040 mean?

S-040 is a safety warning on the Eversys Cameo, shown during a cleaning. The text on the screen is only "Risk of injury!", but the e'Support table explains what it refers to. During the cleaning the red grounds drawer is filled with hot water, and it has to be replaced with the normal drawer afterwards. The table's action is to empty the red drawer carefully and fit the normal one. So the control is reminding the operator that the drawer holds hot liquid, and that the cleaning is not finished until the drawers are swapped back. The table does not list causes, because nothing has gone wrong: hot water in the red drawer is part of how the Cameo cleaning works.
