Eversys Coffee Machine Error Code W-069: Right Grinder Blocked
W-069 says the right grinder, fed by the right bean hopper, is blocked, so drinks from that hopper stop. Close the right hopper and lid, then press Continue so the machine tries to free it. If that does not work, set the grinder coarser or call us.
Medium: drinks from that hopper stop, but the other hopper may still work.

What does Eversys error code W-069 mean?
The right grinder has its own motor and burrs, and the control checks that the burrs turn freely. When they cannot, because a stone, a hard object or compacted beans are in the way, the control shows W-069. Drinks from the right hopper stop while drinks from the left hopper may still be possible. The machine first tries to free the grinder on its own, and pressing Continue after closing the hopper lets it try once more. The right-hand message follows the same steps as the left one on this machine, so the checks carry over. A grinder setting that is too fine adds load and makes compaction more likely, and so does a hopper that has been filled with beans that are damp or oily. The motor itself can show the same message if it is weak under load. If the automatic attempt fails, the owner's guide says to set the grinder coarser, and operators can remove beans or stones by hand from the right side, but only with the machine switched off. Burrs and motor work are for a technician. If W-069 keeps coming back, call us. The display text is W-069.
