Repairs this series usually needs
- Grinder jams on the left or right hopper
- Slow water flow and a water filter that is due
- Rinse and cleaning stops, and cleaning ball dispenser trouble
- Steam boiler fill and heating timeouts
- Grounds drawer, drip tray and waste water tank stops
The Cameo is the Eversys super-automatic that many cafes and offices run all day. Look for the name Cameo, or Cameo C, on the machine. Its display speaks in three kinds of message, E for errors, W for warnings and S for stops, so the letter at the front of a code tells you how serious it is before you read anything else.
On a Cameo we begin with what the message names. Grinder jams, a water filter that is overdue and a missed rinse account for many calls, and we also look at the cleaning ball dispenser and the Everclean milk cleaning, because both can leave the machine locked. The steam boiler gets its own check when fill or heating messages appear.
Cameo machines that have been pouring coffee for years are no problem for us. We estimate the job in writing before starting, and if the repair would cost more than it is worth, we say so.

How do I read a Cameo message?
The first letter tells you the kind. E is an error, W is a warning and S is a stop. The number that follows names the exact condition, and our pages for each code explain what to check and when to call.
What is the cleaning ball dispenser?
It feeds the cleaning balls used in the coffee cleaning cycle and counts them with a light barrier. If it jams or runs empty, you may see W-006, W-007 or S-015, and the machine can lock until it is cleared.
Do you repair older Cameo machines?
Yes. Many have years of service left. After looking the machine over we put the cost on paper, and we are honest if an older unit has reached the end of its useful life.
