The PRO freezers are the F models in the Turbo Air PRO Series, with numbers such as PRO-15F-N, PRO-15F-N-L and PRO-15-2F-N. The letter F in the number marks the freezer. Thirteen numbers are in this line. The same numbers also appear in the PRO reach-in list, because the family is shared.
These freezers use an electronic controller and a Turbo Freeze button. When one struggles, we check the door seal first, since a freezer is unforgiving of leaks. Then we test the defrost heater and its sensor, the condenser and the fans.
A Hi display on a freezer means the reading is far above range, and we treat it as a food-safety event. After the repair we recheck the cabinet temperature once it has had time to settle, because a freezer recovers slowly.

How do I tell a PRO freezer from the refrigerator?
Look for the F in the number. PRO-15F-N is a freezer. The plate also lists the refrigerant and electrical data. The F sits right after the width.
