Fuse blows repeatedly
Oven runs too hot
Microwave power is low
Door open message stays on
Amana Commercial Ovens We Repair
Amana commercial ovens sit behind counters in restaurants and convenience stores, and we repair the lines still in use. That includes the AXP20 and its newer relative the AXP22 with a touch panel, the ACE14 speed cook oven, and the RFS and RCS commercial microwaves. The AXP and ACE ovens are electric and combine microwave energy, convection and infrared heat. The AXP models use a catalytic converter so they can run without a hood.
Codes, Display Lines and Fuses
An error code such as A0, A2, B0 or B1 usually leads us to the main board or the touch panel. Lines across the display on an AXP are a known problem, and the first step is to unplug the oven and plug it back in. If the lines come back, a filter board is the likely part. A fuse that keeps blowing calls for a look at the interlocks and the high-voltage side, which only a technician should open. Codes such as G0 and G2 send us to the cooling fan and the magnetron thermal cutout, and low microwave current on the AXP20 is tested in its service test mode.
Airflow is the main thing owners control. The oven needs clearance around the top and back, a clean filter and no pizza oven or fryer right beside it, because restricted air shortens the life of the electrical parts.
Older Ovens
The AXP20 and ACE14 are older lines. We tell you plainly when a repair is not worth it. You get a written price before work, and our repairs carry a 30-day workmanship warranty.

We repair the AXP20, AXP22, ACE14, and the RFS and RCS commercial microwaves, along with models in the same families. The data plate number lets us bring the right parts.
Why are there lines across the display on my AXP?
Unplug the oven and plug it back in. If the lines return, the filter board usually needs replacing, though early units may not have one. We confirm the part before the visit.
Why does my Amana oven keep blowing its fuse?
Repeated fuse trouble can come from the interlock switches or the high-voltage side. Leave the oven unplugged and call us. We test the interlocks and the other parts before a new fuse goes in.
