TurboChef Ovens We Repair

TurboChef ovens cook with impingement air, and many also use microwave energy, which is why they turn out food quickly in a ventless kitchen. We repair the i3 and i5, the Sota i1, the Bullet, the Eco and Eco ST, the CIBO+, the Fire pizza oven and the PLEXOR M2. We also repair the High h batch ovens, the High h conveyors in the 1618, 2020 and 2620 sizes, and older C3 convection microwave ovens that are still working.

Where the Trouble Usually Starts

A blower error that stops cooking points us to the blower motor and anything caught in the fan. Low cooking temperature often traces to clogged air nozzles, a dirty cavity or door alignment. Overheat messages lead us to clogged cool air intakes and rear fan guards, and a warm kitchen adds its own heat, so we also look at what stands beside the oven. On conveyor ovens, a belt that stops can come from an overload, an obstruction or hot drives. An oven that does not heat at all may have tripped its high-limit thermostat, which has a reset button.

Door switch and magnetron problems are not owner repairs, because the cavity carries microwave energy and high voltage. Switch the oven off and call us.

Older Ovens and Parts

Clean filters and clear air intakes are the best protection for any of these ovens, and only the cleaners the maker names should be used. On an older C3 or High h we say plainly whether a repair makes sense. The price is in writing before work, and our repairs carry a 30-day workmanship warranty.

FAQTurboChef questions
Which TurboChef models do you repair?

We repair the i3, i5, Sota i1, Bullet, Eco, CIBO+, Fire, PLEXOR M2, the High h batch and conveyor ovens, and older C3 models. The model number on the data plate helps us prepare.

Why does my TurboChef say it has a blower problem?

The oven protects itself when the blower cannot run properly and stops cooking. Switch it off and let it cool, then call us. We check the blower motor, the fan and the air path.

Can I reset a tripped high-limit thermostat myself?

Some models have a reset button for it. If the oven trips again after one reset, leave it off and call us, because something is making it overheat, such as dirty filters or a clogged intake.
