Jackson Machine Families
Jackson builds dish machines in several families, and we work on current and older ones. Undercounters include the DishStar HT-E, HT, LT and LTH. Door-type machines include the TempStar and TempStar HH-E, the chemical-sanitizing Conserver XL-E, XL HH and XL2, and the older DynaTemp. In conveyors we see AJ-44, AJ-64, AJ-86 and AJ-100 machines, AJX conveyors and the newer RackStar 44 and 66. Bars bring us Delta 5-E and Delta rotary glasswashers.
A high-temperature Jackson is designed to wash at 150 degrees F and rinse at 180, so heat is where most calls begin. Where the water is hard, as it is across much of Los Angeles, San Diego and Houston, scale builds on heating elements, booster tanks and rinse jets. That scale is usually why a machine that once rinsed hot starts falling short. In humid Miami dish rooms, damp air also attacks switches and wiring.
Our First Checks
When the wash pump does not start, we check the OFF-ON-FILL switch, the wash relay and the door switch. A machine that will not fill, or keeps filling, takes us to the fill solenoid coil and the drain ball seating. On a chemical machine such as the Conserver, we check the product, the pump prime and the chlorine level. These Jackson machines do not show numbered error codes, so we work through switches, relays, valves and heaters in order.
On an older DynaTemp or AJ conveyor we say plainly when a repair no longer pays. We confirm the model before we arrive, give you a written price before work starts, and stand behind the repair with a 30-day warranty.

Yes. We service DynaTemp, TempStar, Conserver, AJ and AJX machines along with the current DishStar and RackStar lines. If a repair is not worth the cost on an older unit, we tell you before any work begins.
Does my Jackson dish machine show error codes?
The Jackson machines we service do not display numbered codes. We find the cause by testing switches, relays, solenoids and heaters. A short description of what the machine does or does not do helps us bring the right parts.
Why is my Jackson final rinse not hot enough?
A high-temperature Jackson needs a 180 degree F final rinse. Scale on the element, a booster thermostat out of range or a tripped high limit are the usual causes. We test each one and give you a written price first.
Do you repair Jackson glasswashers and booster heaters too?
Yes. We work on Delta 5-E and Delta rotary glasswashers, and on the built-in and external boosters that bring rinse water up to 180 degrees F. Tell us the model and we plan the visit around it.
