Repairs this series usually needs
- Rinse temperature low
- Tank not heating
- Door switch or hood problems
- Wash arms clogged
- Scale on booster and nozzles
The DH3000 and DH6000 are Champion’s door-type dishwashers, built for restaurants and larger kitchens. The DH6000T is the taller version, and the VHR models add ventless heat recovery so the machine can work without a standard exhaust hood. The data plate shows which one you have.
When one of these cleans poorly, we start with the water: incoming temperature, the tank heat and the final rinse. Then we look at the wash arms, the nozzles and the door or hood switch that must be closed before a cycle starts. Water leaves scale on boosters and nozzles, which slows heating and weakens the spray.
On the heat recovery models we also look at the recovery parts. The cost is quoted first, and our repair labor carries a 30-day guarantee.

VHR stands for ventless heat recovery. It lets the machine handle its own steam without a standard hood. The plate carries the full model, which tells us which parts to bring.
Why is my DH6000 not drying or rinsing well?
Cool incoming water, a booster problem or scale on the nozzles are the usual causes. Measuring the rinse temperature and testing each part comes first, then we quote the cost.
Do you repair the tall DH6000T?
Yes. We repair the DH6000T and its VHR version as well as the standard DH6000. Parts are confirmed by the plate model beforehand, and the cost is quoted first.
