The conneX ovens are the newer connected Merrychef speed ovens. The model list shows the conneX 12, the 12e, the 16 and the 12 Marine. They are current ovens from the maker and sit beside the eikon family.
When a conneX shows a message, we find the cause by testing the oven. We begin with the air filter, the vents and the clearance, then the heaters, the magnetron and the control. If the oven shows a message you do not recognize, write it down exactly and tell us when it started.
We repair them at your location and write the price first. A connected oven is still a hot, powered oven, so we leave the covers on until the power is off and the oven has cooled.

The name conneX is printed on the oven, and the model reads conneX followed by 12, 12e, 16 or 12 Marine. The eikon models read e1s to e6.
What is the 12 Marine?
It is the marine version of the conneX 12. Tell us the full model name when you call, because the marine version may differ from the standard one in ways that matter for parts.
Do I need special training to clean a conneX?
Follow the cleaning steps in your manual and use the cleaner the maker names. We can show you the routine during a visit, and we can check the filter and vents at the same time.
