The eikon e2s is an older Merrychef speed oven that cooks with microwave, convection and radiant heat. It runs on 208/240V 60Hz power and uses a touch screen controller, called the QTS, with a relay board, called the SRB. The maker now lists it as a support-only product.

The service code list covers the e2 together with the other eikon ovens, so the E-numbers match: E101 for the magnetron, E102 for heater current, E103 and E104 for overheating, and E107 for a lost link between the screen and the relay board. What is the QTS and SRB on my e2s?

The QTS is the touch screen controller and the SRB is the relay board that switches heaters, fans and the magnetron. They must communicate for the oven to run.
