The iCombi Classic is the other current Rational combi oven line, electric or gas, running LM200 software. The Index J units date from 05/2020. As on the iCombi Pro, newer software adds Service 140 gas messages that can lock cooking after repeated gas problems.
On a gas iCombi Classic, the lockout is cleared from Basic Settings with the Reset Service 140 entry, and that is a technician step. The 32.x and 33.x messages use their own reset on the Function Control screen. Before any reset we test the burner, the ignition electrode, the gas valve and the blower, so the problem does not return.
For electric units we begin with the water supply and the steam parts. Most work on a current iCombi Classic happens at your location, with the cause explained before any part is replaced.

Where is the Service 140 reset on an iCombi Classic?
It sits in Basic Settings as Reset Service 140, and a technician uses it after the gas cause is repaired. Using it without a repair only brings the lockout back.
Does the iCombi Classic have a different gas reset from the iCombi Pro?
Yes, the menu path differs. On the Classic the 32.x reset is on the Function Control screen. We know both paths and use the right one for your oven.
