This group covers the older Ultrafryer fryers still in service, among them the F-IRC-14, F-IRD-14, PD14, B-IR-18, B-IR-20, F-P25-14, PAR-3-14, E3KF-14-8 and F-E21-14. The control may be an UltraStat 25, an UltraStat 402 or an UltraStat 23.
On these units we start with the probe and control, then ignition on gas fryers or the elements on electric ones.
