E d 67 on a UniMac QN washer-extractor is a motor initialization error: the drive could not finish the start-up routine that prepares it to run the motor. Switch the power off, wait a moment, and try one start. Call us if E d 67 comes back.
High: the drive cannot prepare the motor, so the washer will not run until it is found.
What does UniMac error code E d 67 mean?
Before the drive runs a motor, it goes through a short initialization routine that checks the motor connection and prepares its control settings. E d 67 appears when that routine cannot be completed. The cycle stops at the beginning, and the code stays until power is cycled. A harness problem, a motor problem or the drive board can be behind it, so a harness check comes first. A motor harness plug that is loose or damaged at the drive can interrupt the routine. A motor winding problem can stop the routine from finishing, and a supply dip at power-up can interrupt the drive's own check partway through. Because the stop comes right at the start, the drum does not move at all. This differs from E d 34, where the drive tried to turn the motor and the rotor stayed locked.
