The 320 series is the workhorse open fryer from Henny Penny, and the numbers to look for are OFE-321, OFE-322 and OFE-323 for electric and OFG-321, OFG-322 and OFG-323 for gas. The family also includes OEA and OGA variants. Controls are Computron or iControl, depending on age.

What does CPU TOO HOT mean on a 320 series?
The PC board is overheating. Side louvers coated with grease are the first thing the maker points to, and wiping them is a good habit when the fryer is cool.
