DishStar HT machines are Jackson’s high-temperature undercounters: the HT-E, HT-E-SEER and the HT. A built-in booster provides the final rinse, and the HT-E has a digital LED panel. The model is on the data plate.
When a DishStar HT does not clean or sanitize, we check the incoming hot water, the booster and its temperature sensing, then the wash arms and the fill and drain parts. Lime scale builds on the booster in water, so the delime schedule matters.
We confirm parts for your model before the visit, and you see a written price first. Many DishStar HT machines work in busy bars and small restaurants, so a quick call at the first sign of a cool rinse can save a bad night. Staff can help us by noting what the panel showed and when the problem began. If a repair is not worth the cost, we tell you plainly.

The HT-E recirculates its wash water and has the digital LED panel. The HT is a fill-and-dump design. The data plate shows which you have.
Why is my rinse not hot enough?
Cool incoming water, a scaled booster or a sensing problem can all do it. We measure the rinse and test each in turn. We check the incoming water, the booster, and the temperature sensing in that order.
Do you repair the HT-E-SEER?
Yes. We repair all the DishStar HT versions and confirm parts by model before we visit. The HT-E-SEER and the other versions share most checks, but the data plate decides which parts we bring.
