Repairs this series usually needs

  1. Rinse below 180F
  2. Booster scale
  3. Tank heating
  4. Door switch and fill problems
  5. Delime reminder not clearing

TempStar machines are Jackson’s high-temperature door-type dishwashers. The HH versions have a tall chamber, and options include W/O with no booster, STH steam heat, GPX and Ventless. The spec calls for a 150F wash and a 180F final rinse.

When rinse temperature slips, we check the incoming water, the booster and the temperature sensing. We also look at the tank heat, the wash arms, the door switch and the fill and drain. Scale is common with water, so we advise on a delime routine.

Give us the full model from the data plate, such as TempStar HH-E, so we can confirm parts before we visit. At 63 racks an hour, a TempStar works hard in a busy kitchen, so wear shows up in seals, switches and the booster first.
