The AJX is an older Jackson rack conveyor available with a side-loader option. Versions are CE for electric and CS for steam, in sizes from 44 to 90, such as AJX-44CE and AJX-90CS. The data plate shows the model.
These machines are older and still in service in many kitchens. We begin with the conveyor and rack path, then the tank heat and the final rinse. Scale in tanks and on nozzles is common with water. On steam models we check the steam supply to the tank.
Parts are confirmed by model before the visit, and an older unit that is not worth repairing gets an honest verdict. Tell us the full model from the data plate, such as AJX-66CS, when you call, and note whether a side-loader is fitted.

What is the side-loader option?
It lets racks enter from the side of the machine instead of the front. If yours has it, tell us when you call, because it adds parts and switches that we check on a visit.
