The CS500 is Baxter’s budget rotating rack oven. The model numbers are CS500E1, CS500E2, CS500G1 and CS500G2, with E for electric and G for gas, and the 1 or 2 marking a single or double rack.
On a rack oven we start with the basics: does the rack turn smoothly, does the door seal, and does the oven reach and hold its set temperature. On gas versions we check the burner and ignition, and on electric versions the elements and contactors.

Do you service the electric and gas versions?
Yes. The CS500E models use elements and contactors, and the CS500G models use a burner and ignition, so we bring the right tools for each.
