Find yours on the data plate. Letters after the base number usually mark the voltage, finish or door and do not change the repair.

  • Classe 10

Repairs this series usually needs

  1. Group gasket and screen wear
  2. Boiler heating problems from scale
  3. Steam wand and valve leaks
  4. Pump pressure and flow problems

Rancilio built several Classe generations besides the 5, 9 and 11, and the Classe 7, Classe 8 and Classe 10 are still working in cafes and restaurants. Some are older machines kept running for years with regular care.

The model is on the data plate and on the front, and it matters, because group gaskets, valves and controls differ across generations. When we know which Classe you have, we bring the right parts to the first visit.

Common jobs are the wear items: gaskets, screens, steam valves, scale in the boiler and a pump that has lost pressure. We tell you plainly what is worth repairing on an older Classe. Boiler and valve work stays with us. We also check the wiring and connectors for age, since older machines show wear in places owners never see.

FAQRancilio Classe 7, 8 and 10 Espresso Machines questions
Do you repair the Classe 7, 8 and 10?

Yes. We repair them, quote in writing first and tell you honestly if a repair costs more than the machine is worth, so the decision is yours.

How do I find my Classe model?

Read the name on the front and the data plate. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the plate and we confirm it before the visit.

Why do older Classe machines leak at the group?

Group gaskets harden with heat and age. The repair is common and usually quick, and we check the screen and valve while we are there.
