The 1500 S, the 1500 S+ and the 1200 S are earlier WMF bistro machines. Some are still in service as older units, and you will see the model on the front or the data plate. Their error codes are not the same as the newer WMF models, so the exact code on the display and the model name matter to us.
On the phone, read us the model and the code from the display, and the visit gets planned around that. Our first checks usually go to the water supply and hoses, the grinders and bean path, the brewing unit and the boiler heating.
Because these machines are older, the repair has to make sense for the machine, and we tell you honestly when it does not. An estimate comes in writing before any work.
