The Intek XS is a small electric steamer that needs no water line. It uses solid-state controls and has no pumps, floats or probes to wear out, so most of its problems come down to heat, controls, and the door.

No. It is connectionless, so you fill it by hand rather than through a water line. When it will not steam, we check the heating parts, the controls and the door seal in that order.
