The Solstice Supreme is the larger Solstice gas fryer, in the 55 to 75 pound class. The data plate shows SSH55, SSH60 or SSH75, and may add R, T or W for filtration or width variants. The control can be the computer, the digital solid state or the primary solid state version.
Each control tells us something different. A coded word on the digital display, a message on the computer or a light pattern on the solid state control all point to the heat circuit, the probe or the drain. We read the signal, then test the part behind it, and we check the oil level because the fryer protects itself when the oil is low.
These fryers carry big loads, and age shows in the probe leads and the drain switch. We repair older units and say so if a repair is not worth it.

They mark variants of the same fryer, such as filtration or width. We match parts to the full number on the data plate, so please read us all of it when you call.
Why does my SSH fryer show no lights at power-up?
The control may have no power, or the drain circuit may be holding it off. A drain handle that is not fully closed is the first thing to check.
Is the Supreme repaired the same way as the SG?
The controls and messages are alike, so we start the same way, with the heat signal and the probe. Parts differ by model, and we confirm them before the visit.
