The 9000W-290 series adds a refrigerated raised rail to the prep table, so pans of toppings sit above the work surface. Model numbers include 9148W-290, 9260W-290 and 9272W-290. The last digits before the W give the width in inches, so a 9272W is a 72 in. Table.
The raised rail is cooled by the same system as the cabinet, so a warm rail often points to a dirty condenser, blocked airflow or a lid left open. We check those first, then the controller alarms, the sensors and the fans.
These tables share the controls and the codes of the 8000-290 series. R290 is flammable, so the sealed system stays closed unless we are working on it. Older tables are repaired as well, and the price is written before work.

It holds pans above the work surface and is cooled by the table's system. If the rail is warm, airflow and lids are the first things we check.
Does this table use the same codes as the 8000-290?
Yes. Both use the Carel or Danfoss control and share the same alarm codes, such as HI, LO, CHt and CON. The alarms are the same on both.
Can an older rail table be repaired?
Often yes. We check seals, airflow and controls first. A written quote follows, and if an older table is not worth the repair, you hear that from us. The quote is in writing.
