Edge kettles are insulated, self-contained electric kettles. Stationary versions run from 20 to 80 gallons and the tilting floor versions from 20 to 60. The plate shows a model like ALHEC-40 or ALTWE-60.

My kettle doesn't hold temperature. Why?
