The FT1000 flight-type line comes in many versions: the FT1000e Advansys, FT1000Se, FT1000i and FT1000Si, and the FT1000iLT and FT1000SiLT low-temperature chemical models. They have a 30 inch belt, a digital keypad, and electric or steam heat, and the FT1000e is ventless. The CL44e, CL44eR and CL64e rack conveyors have a touchscreen with tank monitors and WiFi, and the CL44-DWR steam model gives a 19.5 inch chamber height. The older C-Line machines, such as the C44A, C64A and CRS66A, are still working in many kitchens.
When a conveyor stops, we clear the rack path and then test the drive, the motor and the sensors. A tank that will not heat leads us to the heater or steam supply, the thermostat and the level probe. A cool final rinse points to the booster and the rinse supply valve. Scale on the final rinse nozzles is common where the water is hard, and a delime schedule keeps them open.

Why does my Hobart conveyor tank not get hot?
