SWNNC and SWNNE are top-load Quantum washers, 28 model numbers between them. You will see numbers such as SWNNC2HP113TW01 or SWNNE2SP115CW02 on the data plate. A front-end control and an output board manage the cycle, and both are worth testing before any wiring is touched.
Water that does not come in sends us to the valves, the screens on the hoses and the fill sensing. Water that does not go out sends us to the pump, the hose and the height of the standpipe. A washer that hums but does not turn gets its motor and wiring tested next.
