The Bullet is a current TurboChef rapid cook oven, model ENC-9600-801. It was sold earlier as the Encore, and its prefix ENC comes from that name. It runs on 208/240V single-phase power with a NEMA 6-30 plug and uses a touch interface with an I/O board behind it.
The manual asks for 2 in clearance on all sides and 5 in above the oven. We see F1 for the blower and F2 for low cook temperature most often, with F5 and F6 when the rear fan guards clog or something blocks the side air. The owner clears the nozzles and the guards, and we test the heater, the blower and the boards.
We repair the Bullet at your location and give the price in writing first.

The Bullet is the current name, and the Encore is the earlier name that gave the ENC prefix. The service checks are similar, and we confirm the version on the oven.
Why does the Bullet need 5 in above?
The oven vents warm air upward and pulls cool air in from the sides. Blocking either one brings overheating messages, so keep shelves and boxes off the top and away from the sides.
What if the screen is blank?
Check the breaker and the plug first. If power reaches the oven and the screen stays dark, a board needs testing, and we do that on site.
