The Fire is a TurboChef high-speed impingement oven for pizza, sold under models FRE-9600-1, FRE-9600-5 and FRE-9600-31. It runs on 208/240V single-phase power with a NEMA 6-30 plug and uses preset time buttons rather than a menu, which keeps the controls simple for a busy line.
When the oven finds a defective part, it shows Er1, Er2 or Ht in place of the normal display. The manual asks owners to check the time preset, the temperature and how clean the oven is before calling. A dirty oven changes how it heats, so we also check the nozzles and the vents, then the sensors and the heaters.

Which of Er1, Er2 and Ht is worst?
The manual groups all three as a defective part. They point to different circuits, so tell us which one you see and we bring the right parts.
Can the Fire cook while an error shows?
Not reliably. Temperature control is the first thing it loses, so pizzas may come out under or over cooked. Switch it off, check the settings and the cleaning, and call us.
