Repairs this series usually needs
- F1 blower failure
- F5 cook cavity over temperature
- F8 high limit tripped
- F9 belt run failure
- F7 RTD failure
The HhC conveyors are TurboChef high-speed ovens that carry food through on a belt. The model prefix gives the size: HCS is the 1618, HCT is the 2020 and HCW is the 2620. A V at the end of the model means the ventless version. The manual asks owners to keep the room under 100 F and the filters clean.
The conveyor messages are F1 for the blower, F2 for low cook temperature, F5 for cavity over temperature, F6 for the electrical compartment, F7 for the RTD, F8 for the high limit and F9 when the belt stops. A hot kitchen, clogged filters and food on the belt cause many of them. We test the drives, the heaters and the relays.
We repair HhC ovens at your location and quote in writing first.

The model prefix tells you: HCS is the 1618, HCT is the 2020 and HCW is the 2620. The number after it gives the version.
Why does the belt stop with F9?
Overload, an obstruction, a dirty oven or overheated conveyor drives can stop it. With the oven off and cool, clear the belt and check the filters and fans.
Does the oven need a hood?
The ventless versions, marked with a V, do not need one. They still need clean filters, running fans and cool surroundings to run well, so the room matters even without a hood.
