This group covers the SFNN and SFNW prefixes, 40 model numbers in all. SFNNCFSP112TW01 and SFNWCFSG111TN01 are typical examples. Both prefixes are front-load Quantum washers with the same family control, so the data plate number is the quickest way to tell which one you own.

What is the difference between SFNN and SFNW?

Both are Quantum front-load washers from the same family. The prefix is part of the model number on the data plate, and we use the full number to match parts to your machine.

Why does my front-load washer show an unbalance error?

The washer could not settle the load during spin. We check how it sits, the suspension and the sensing, then the drive. An uneven load is the simplest cause, so reload it evenly first.

Can you repair a card-operated SFNN washer?

Yes. Card machines get a check of the reader, the wiring between the reader and the control, and the washer itself. Many card complaints turn out to be a communication problem rather than a broken washer, so we test the link first.
