An overcurrent or a motor overheat sends us to the motor, the load and the drive. Water supply and drain problems send us to the valves, the screens and the drain.
Test Mode and Code Meanings
The maker recommends Test Mode for troubleshooting any error code, and we use it. Code 13 is a door lock failure, so we test the lock and wiring. Code 14 is a card access or payment failure, so we test the reader and cable. Code 28 is an unbalance switch failure, so we inspect the switch and suspension.
