Huebsch frontloaders use a front-end control and an inverter, and the top-loaders use a front-end control with an output board. Each reports problems as codes for the door lock, pressure switch, drain or motor drive. The pressure switch watches water level, so a fill problem often sends us to that switch, the mixing valve and the hose screens.
The washer-extractors from 20 to 100 pounds, with H-prefix model numbers, come in two families: one with a motor drive and the other with a drive board and an I/O board. Their drive codes tell us whether we are looking at a board, a motor or a wiring problem.
Older HWT top-loaders with a timer, EDC, MDC or NetMaster are a different story. Their parts are mechanical or simple electronic, and a worn drain pump or fill valve is quick to fix. We talk plainly about whether a worn gearcase makes replacement the cheaper choice.

The control sensed an unbalanced load. Open the door, spread the laundry evenly and restart. If it stops again with a normal load, we inspect the balance sensing and suspension.
What does motor overload mean on a washer?
The drive or motor protection tripped, often from a heavy load or a restricted drive. Let the machine rest, then try a lighter load. If it trips again, we test the motor and drive.
Can you repair a washer with a NetMaster control?
Yes. We service the older NetMaster, MDC and EDC controls as well as the newer front-end boards. We confirm parts before the visit and quote in writing.
