The R-Series covers the RHT refrigerators, RLT freezers and the RRI and RIF roll-in cabinets, in one to three sections. The data plate number begins with those letters, as in an RHT232WUT or RLT132WUT. All use the Intela-Traul control, which prints plain messages on the display.
Those messages make our first step easy. HI CAb and Lo CAb tell us the cabinet is out of range, Clean Filter points at the condenser, and Call Service tells us the control has seen a sensor or a leak signal and wants a technician. We confirm them with a thermometer, then check the condenser, the door seals and the sensors.
These cabinets stay in service for many years, and we repair older ones too. The heated RHT versions are meant for holding hot food, not warming cold product, so we ask how the cabinet is used before we decide whether a temperature complaint is a repair or a loading habit.

Do you repair the roll-in versions?
Yes. Roll-in cabinets take cart traffic, so we check the doors, the threshold and the gasket along with the refrigeration. Roll-in cabinets also get a look at the sill and floor.
