- F2 cook temperature low
- F5 and F6 cooling and airflow
- High-limit reset near the power cord
The Sota i1 is a TurboChef rapid cook oven with a touchscreen and Panini tray options. Models begin with I1-9500 followed by a three-digit suffix, such as 801 or 921. Older units carried the Sota or NGO names, and the Sota i1 stays in the list of ovens we see on service calls.
The owner steps in the manual cover the same four messages as on the i-series: F1 for the blower, F2 for low cook temperature, F5 for magnetron over temperature and F6 for the electrical compartment. First come the air nozzles, the rear fans and the high-limit reset near the power cord; the heater and the blower follow.
We repair these ovens at your location, and you see the price in writing before any work starts.

It is a tray option for pressing sandwiches. It does not change the service checks, which follow the same F-number list as the other i-series ovens.
Where is the high-limit reset on the i1?
The manual places it near the power cord on the rear wall. Press it only when the oven is cool, and call us if it trips again.
Do the I1 suffix numbers matter?
The last digits mark the version of the oven. The digits help us pack the correct parts, and we verify them again at the oven.
